Assalam alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

Although there are a number of online schools today, Targheeb’s YMOH is probably the only program that caters exclusively to students who attend local masjids or madrasaslearning the Quran and do not attend elementary school.

Part of the promise is that YMOH provides a platform for Muslim children from different nationalities and cultures across the globe with a common goal and vision. The vision we create in our children is to be the future educators, and scholars of this Ummah.

Abu Dardaa (Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings upon him) say: "Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah makes easy for him a path to paradise. Verily the angels lower their wings for the seeker of knowledge, pleased with what he is doing. The creatures of the heavens and those of the earth, even the fish in the water seek forgiveness for the scholar. And the scholar is as superior to the devout worshipper as the moon is superior to the stars. Indeed the scholars are the inheritors of the prophets. The prophets do not leave behind gold and silver as inheritance, rather they leave behind knowledge, and whoever is able to take hold of it has taken hold of a bountiful portion." [Sunan Abu Dawood (3/317 no. 3641) Sunan al Tirmidhee 5/48 no. 2621)]

In large part, Targheeb’s publisher and owner supports the program. Targheeb does not intend to take upon themselves any fund-raising campaigns. However, we would like to invite those who recognize the value and merit in contributing to such a cause to expand its current operation in order that we may add more classes and levels as we move forward.

We have estimated the costs for one year with fifteen students at each Grade. This information will only be provided to a limited number of individuals and/or organization after carefully reviewing their background and interest.
